Tender Australian Beef in a rich Mongolian sauce served with brown rice, capsicum & carrots.

Ingredients: Marinated Beef (31%) (Beef (87%), Water, Maize Starch, Salt, Mineral Salt (500), Tapioca Starch, Canola Oil, Natural Preservative (Nisin (Soy)), Cooked Rice (28%) (Water, Rice), Water, Onion, Capsicum (5%), Carrot (3.5%), Soy Sauce (Soy, Wheat), Garlic, Ginger, Tapioca Flour, Malt Vinegar (Barley, Wheat, Colour (150c)), Soy Protein, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Colour (150a), Yeast Extract, Red Chilli Paste (Acidity Regulator (260)), Spices, Salt, Natural Preservative (Nisin (Soy)).

Heating Instructions Microwave (1000W)

  1. Remove sleeve.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
  3. Carefully remove from microwave. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
  4. Remove film with care as hot steam may escape.
  5. Serve.

CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT AFTER HEATING, HANDLE WITH CARE.

Do not reheat or refrigerate once heated.
