Noodles & Vegetables (36%) (Cooked Noodles (50%)(Durum Wheat Semolina, Water), Carrot, Choy Sum (15%), Chinese Cabbage, Spring Onion (5%), Capsicum (5%)), Marinated Chicken (31%) (Chicken (91%), Water, Maize Starch, Salt, Mineral Salt (500), Tapioca Starch, Canola Oil), Thai Style Sauce (31%) (Water, Onion, Tomato Paste (Citric Acid (330)), Soy Sauce (contains Wheat, Soybeans), Garlic, Canola Oil, Honey, Lime Juice (3.5%), Tamarind Puree (Citric Acid (330)), Sunflower Butter (Emulsifier (471)), Chilli (2%), Lemongrass (2%), Tapioca Starch, Galangal, Salt, Caramel Colour (150a)).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:
Microwave (1000W)

1. Pierce film twice and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
2. Peel back film halfway and stir for even heat distribution.
3. Re-cover and heat on HIGH for 1 minute.
4. Stand for 1 minute, peel back film, taking care as hot steam may escape.
5. Stir well and serve, ensuring product is thoroughly heated through.

Do not reheat or refrigerate once heated.
